Ingredients
2 1/2 tbsp drinking chocolate
200ml whole milk (or dairy-free)
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Mix 2 1/2 tablespoons of hot chocolate flakes with 2 tablespoon of hot water, until silky. Add a pinch of salt.
- In a small saucepan, bring 200 ml of your milk of choice to a gentle simmer. Whisk continuously, whilst taking care that the milk does not boil.
- Add a very small amount of the milk to the molten chocolate and mix to incorporate and loosen.
- Pour the mixture into your favourite mug, along with the remaining milk. Finish with a sprinkling of chocolate flakes.
